Ingredients:
- 125 mL of whole wheat flour
- 175 mL of all purpose flour
- 10 mL of baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1 mL of ground cinnamon
- 50 mL of brown sugar
- 25 mL of wheat germ
- 175 mL of raisins
- 250 mL of plain yoghurt of low fat
- 45 mL of canola oil
- Egg- 1
- ½ orange zest
- 45 mL of orange juice

- You must preheat the micro oven at 200ºC. Then, you have to line up all the muffin cups with the paper liners or you can also coat them with cooking spray. Then, you must set aside for a sometime.
- Take a big bowl and you need to sift the salt, baking soda, cinnamon and flours. Make a well in the centre of the bowl and stir wheat germ, raisin and sugar.
